Geraldine Hill has three great loves: Jesus, her family, and books. And chocolate (okay, four great loves). She was living out her happily ever after with her high-school-sweetheart-turned-husband and children until he passed away suddenly in 2018. Life has not been an easy bed of roses.Her life story would not appear to make a terribly exciting book, but the events she writes about will certainly capture your attention. The difficulties that occurred throughout will certainly inspire those who read the book. Her faith in God has bought her through every trial and tribulation. Yes, you will see that there have been happy beginnings and a middle, and someday when she goes to her heavenly home, it will have a happy ending.
Our Book
They say your childhood plays a significant role in shaping your personality. No matter how much you grow, you can never outgrow the memories of the time you spent as a kid. It is truly the best time of anyone’s life when you have nothing to worry about, and all the happiness revolves around the globe of playing and having fun. But that’s not how it is for all children; at least for me, it was different.
I am a well-educated individual doing just fine in life and was finally happy with what I had achieved, but this was not always the case. I did not have a pleasant life as a kid regarding money. My parents were not financially strong, which impacted my life in school. But I can’t ever remember a time when we went hungry.
Sometimes small incidents that you face in your childhood stay with you till the end of your life. No matter how successful or financially stable I get, I will never be able to let go of the memory of some memories and maybe that’s how life works. We all have our baggage with us!
